1. Service Description
YouSell Online Inc. provides ecommerce management and launch services including Amazon FBA management, TikTok Shop setup and management, and Shopify store development and growth services.
2. Payment Terms
- One-time fees are charged at the time of purchase
- Monthly subscription fees are billed on the subscription start date and recur monthly
- All prices are in USD
- Ad spend for PPC campaigns is paid directly by the client and is not included in service fees
3. Refund Policy
- 30-day money-back guarantee on all setup services if agreed delivery targets are not met within the agreed timeline
- No refunds on monthly plans after 30 days
- One-time services are non-refundable after delivery is complete
- Refund requests must be submitted to admin@yousell.online
4. Cancellation
- Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
- One-time services are non-cancellable once work has commenced
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Maintain platform accounts (Amazon, TikTok, Shopify) in good standing
- Fund advertising budgets separately as agreed
- Respond to requests for approvals within 48 business hours
6. Intellectual Property
All store assets, product listings, and content created by YouSell become the full property of the client upon receipt of complete payment. YouSell retains no ownership rights over client deliverables.
7. Limitation of Liability
YouSell Online is not liable for Amazon, TikTok, or Shopify policy changes, account suspensions resulting from client actions, market conditions affecting sales performance, or any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts. Contact: admin@yousell.online
